This is a systematization of all possible variations of RAAP using my elbow and shoulder joints. Calculated are 225 variations put into an alphabetical system and language. Each arm has 15 possible positions and are named accordingly with letters from A to O. The left letters correspond to the left arm position and the right letters to the right.
