Defining Space (teaser), 2017
Defining Space takes its starting point in the negative uniform space of complete darkness. From this space, the arms of two subjects appear while they move slowly through angular positions in a choreography that seems at once both simple and complex. The arms, the relation between them, and the negative space around them, is in constant moving dialogue creating an evolving kinetic architecture which redefines the space anew with each movement.
