RAAP is a system and a study in body geometry and movement. Shown are 225 possible variations of RAAP using the elbow and shoulder joints. They are organized into an alphabetical system and movement language where each arm has 15 possible positions and are named accordingly with letters from A to O. The left letters corresponds to the left arm position and the right letters to the right arm position. The permutation of the letters form all possible positions.
